Membership Terms

1. The Veranda Collective

The Veranda Collective (“the Collective”) is a private mastermind operated by Marci Surfas, Inc., a California corporation.

2. Founding member commitment

Founding membership is a twelve-month commitment, payable as a single $10,000 fee or twelve consecutive $1,000 monthly installments. Members agree to remain enrolled for the full twelve-month period regardless of payment cadence.

3. No refunds

The Collective is a year of focused work, not a try-it-and-see purchase. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pauses. This policy is intentional and is clearly disclosed at point of sale. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and accepted this term.

4. Content + confidentiality

All Collective content — including but not limited to deal documents, recordings, expert sessions, and member discussions — is confidential and provided for member use only. Members agree not to redistribute, publish, or share Collective materials with non-members.

5. Not investment advice

The Collective is education and mastermind content. Nothing shared in the Collective constitutes investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Members are responsible for their own decisions and should consult appropriate professionals.

6. Termination

Marci Surfas, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a member’s access for conduct that materially disrupts the group, in which case any unpaid monthly installments are waived. Termination for cause does not entitle the member to a refund of payments already made.
